Richard Warman was an employee of the Canadian Human Rights Commission. While employed for the Commission, he filed the majority of his complaints under Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act. Mr. Warman has stated numerous times that "he files complaints in his spare time" His employment ended with the Canadian Human Rights Commission sometime in 2004. To date, Richard Warman has filed 26 complaints against named respondents with his former employer - the Canadian Human Rights Commission. Richard Warman CHRC investigator against MP Jim Pankiw During his time at the commission, he was the investigator on the Saskatoon-Humboldt MP Jim Pankiw CHRC complaint. Media Reports on Warman acting as CHRC investigator (April 2004 timeframe) Pamphlets distributed by Saskatoon-Humboldt MP Jim Pankiw used "crassly manipulative strategies" and "blatant untruth," wrote an expert who analysed them for the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC).

Richard Warman's E-Mail with CHRC still Active As of January 12, 2007, Richard.Warman@CHRC-CCDP.CA was still accepting incoming e-mail and e-mails were not rejected by the CHRC's mail server. When E-Mail is sent to a mailbox that is not active and receiving e-mail, the CHRC's mail server sends back a response saying the E-Mail account is not valid. For an example, an E-Mail was sent to "Eddie Taylor" a former lawyer with the CHRC who was fired in 2001 for saying to the Globe and Mail that the CHRC ".. is in need of a complete overhaul and had lost its moral authority." E-Mail sent to Mr. Taylor received the following response:
